Experience is more than a name or single word to us. 

Our goal is that each of our customers have a positive shopping Experience. 


As we grow, we hope to integrate more students throughout Genesee County to engage is learning Experiences to supplement and enhance their traditional learning environments.   We are operating on a three-year plan.  At the end of our third full year, we hope to be a self-sufficient 100% student lead organization.

Oh, and and as you can see, we are a little different!

We actually care about our customers and practice good old fashion customer service!

Privacy & Safety

We value your privacy.

We are compliant with all financial privacy and reporting standards.  Our loyalty program and all marketing initiatives are maintained SEPARATELY from our financial processing.  

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds can be issued up to 7 days after purchase provided items are in the same condition as purchased, with tags attached, and your original receipt (digital or paper). 

Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

At management's discretion, returns over 7 days MAY be issued via refund or exchange.

Although we are part of the Community Threads of Fenton family, each store operates separately.  Refunds and Exchanges must be made at the original store.
